Cancellation - Refund - Return Policy
You can cancel the order before we submit the order details to the courier service provider. Contact us through Call and WhatsApp (both only) to find out if it is still possible to cancel the order.
Domestic Orders (within India) – Once we ship the product the order can only be cancelled by incurring of Rs.300 to-&-fro delivery expense.
International Orders (Outside India) – Once we ship the product the order can only be cancelled by incurring an international shipping expense and custom duty charges, for the same you can contact our Customer Care Team.

We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full Refund Possible If:
you received a defective product / wrong product
the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit
transaction has failed but money is debited from the bank account
Note: Your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 48 hours. Refunds take upto 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Purchases made by any mode may be refundable to the original source of payment.
Further we do not offer refunds on Personalized items, Sale Items, and Free Gifts unless there is a defective product or wrong product is delivered.
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, simply contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your transaction or order details (in some cases you may have to return the product with or without owning the return shipping cost) including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are generally processed by bank after 48 hrs of the transaction. Bank usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Purchases made by any mode may be refundable to the original source of payment.

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify our customer support immediately or within 3 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that we will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 3 working days of receipt.
We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 3 working days of receipt.
In some cases you may have to return the product with or without owning the return shipping cost.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer care support executives.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code / coupon code will be mailed to you.
